Training of Trainers Programme on Smart farming and digital technologies completed

“Training of Trainers Programme on Smart Farming and Digital Agricultural Technologies” was conducted for teachers at Jalilabad State Vocational Education Centre and the Vocational Education Centre under the Economic Zones Development Agency in Sumgayit within the framework of the “BBP Azerbaijan” Dual Technical Vocational Education and Training project. The main objective of the training programme was to enhance teachers’ competencies in smart agriculture, digital agricultural technologies and practical teaching skills. The training sessions covered topics such as smart agriculture technologies, soil diagnostics, plant health monitoring, smart irrigation systems, greenhouse management, monitoring, automation, robotics and data management. At the end of the training, the participants discussed practical project ideas that they can apply with students in the real teaching process.
